Better Content Generates Better Ad Placement
Nick Scevak of Bronte Media highlights one chicken-or-the-egg conundrum: Who is more important Search Engines or Publishers?
This brought me to a similar thought: We all know that good, relevant content can produce a good lead, or do we (See screenshot below–no I haven’t added LMB ads to my site)?

But does good and relevant content make a better Ad? If I am paying good money with Google AdSense AdWords and regardless of how much I have done to optimize my CPC Ad I would rather have my Ads served on a base of content that my target is reading, thinks is credible, and has greater search visibility than I do. Unfortunately, the vast majority of my “outsourced advertising” lands on SEO link pages and link bait blogs.
There is a little used feature in AdSense AdWords that lets you select where you want your Ads to serve. Try it, because better content makes better Ads.

Do you mean Adwords or Adsense? I assume adwords…you should venture into Text Ads. Many Text Ads allow you to choose the websites that your ads will show up on. The CPM and CPL can be much cheaper too.
Morinsight, you are right. I did mean AdWords, not AdSense. I corrected in the post. Thanks for the catch.
